Flow Fitness provides a wide range of fitness classes such as pilates, dance fit (dance aerobics), spinning (indoor cycling) and senior circuits (keep-fit classes).
Instructing and motivating individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and stretching, tailor-made for all ages and skill levels.
Helping clients maintain good body weight and feeling better in mind, body and soul, plus goal-setting, personal growth and behaviour modification.

Assess the flow of participants into the open hire area. I will inform participants to keep the minimum safe distance from one another, 2 meters, this will be noted with a sign. Measures will include managing the directional movement of participants entering the space, with signage of direction of flow to their allocated personal point…
