Pilates
Pilates develops core strength. The core muscles of the body are the deep muscles of the back, abdomen, and pelvic floor – the muscles we rely on for good posture and efficient movement.
Dance Fit
Aerobic fitness dancing class, involves different routines, including box steps, grapevines and leg curls all put to uplifting music, to achieve a fantastic all body workout.
Spinning
Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organised activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.
Senior Circuits
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.

Cardio kickboxercise offers both a fun and challenging workout that helps you engage every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core.
