Cardio kickboxercise offers both a fun and challenging workout that helps you engage every muscle group in your body, with a strong focus on your core. The rapid movements in cardio kickboxercise can burn mega calories also improving flexibility, balance, and coordination, and can help you build faster reflexes.

A great way to reduce stress, you can kick and punch your way to a stress-free zone within minutes of your high-energy kickboxing routine which can boost energy and confidence levels.

We will use hand held weights at the end of the cardio strength routines to do some strength training exercises.

Class currently running at Florence Park Community Centre, East Oxford on Thursdays, 7.15pm–8.15pm

£10 pre-book via booking app or email me direct for a place.

N.B. Hand weights are provided by me, but feel free to bring your own. I provide a range of weights from 2kg–6kg. Sanitation wipes are provided for cleaning down equipment before and after use.
