L4 certified personal trainer with specialist fields, including cardiac rehabilitation phase 4, exercise considerations / GP referral exercise prescriptions, falls prevention PSI (postural stability instructor), dementia later life trained and HIIT Tabata qualified.

Collaborating with local wellbeing teachers in Oxford, our community-focused events include activities to suit everyone. Think yoga, pilates, meditation, and gong baths, along with locally sourced drinks and nibbles.
