Pilates Classes by Flow Fitness, Oxfordshire

Pilates develops core strength. The core muscles of the body are the deep muscles of the back, abdomen, and pelvic floor — the muscles we rely on for good posture and efficient movement. In Flow Fitness Pilates classes, we focus on lots of back tone and care movements. 

Monday evenings: 19:00 – 20:00 (Park Sports Centre, Wheatley)
Tuesday mornings: 10:00 – 11:00 (Merry Bells Village Hall, Wheatley)
Tuesday evenings: 18:30 – 19:30 (Old Headington Village Hall)


Monday sessions at Park Sports Centre, Wheatley: Pay-as-you-go or membership options paid directly to the sports centre via Better app or website

Tuesday sessions at Merry Bells Village Hall and Old Headington Village Hall: £12 a session
or £55 for 6-session course card / £75 for 8-session course card (prepaid block-booking discount)
