Flow Fitness provides a wide range of fitness and wellness product classes for all ages and abilities in and around Oxfordshire. Flow Fitness is run by Victoria, who is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 17 years of professional working experience. Level 4 Exercise Specialist with certified registration qualifications. Motivated interviewing life coaching certification and Adult Weight Management certification.
