I offer a one-to-one sessions for personal training, either in a private safe distancing room, outdoor space, or appointments via Skype or Zoom.

As a Personal trainer, I instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercises (exercises for the heart and blood circulation), strength training, and stretching. I work with people of all ages and skill levels to design tailored made fitness programs.

Personal Trainers have the power to change lives for the better. I endeavour to help clients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivation and education, but it’s much more than giving out exercise orders.

Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients. Assisting clients in exercises to minimise injury and promote fitness. Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels.

As a personal trainer I have a huge Passion for Fitness. I understand the time Push and Pull, Ebb and Flow, and Periodisation. Knowledge and Know-How. Excellent Communication Skills. And an abundance of Empathy and Compassion for individual’s needs.

I can create one-on-one fitness programmes for my clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their life changing fitness goals. Creating a healthier lifestyle all round.
