I offer a one-to-one sessions for life coaching, either in a private safe distancing room or appointments via Skype or Zoom.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health, and can help you feel your best. This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions, and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.

Nutrition is the science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism.

I design and help you understand what we need to do, to adjust our food routines to find a healthy balanced diet.

Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals.

Nutrition is important for everyone, but lest make sure we get it right and ensure that what we eating is wholesome and fresh produce.

Helping maintain good body weight and feeling better as a part of it, mind body and soul.

Life coaching

Life coaching has grown to be a hugely successful form of talking therapy, to the extent that it has helped turn people’s lives around. A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.

Life Coaches are responsible for guiding people that are confused on what to do in their lives. I support goal-setting, personal growth, and behaviour modification of my clients. As a professional I help people to achieve their goals by improving different actions necessary to take control of future plans move forward with a happy and fulfilling life.

  • 1st initial assessment 1/2 hour appointment, meet greet and understanding of clients’ needs: £25
  • Individual sessions: £45 per hour
